§ 14-92. Existence or occupancy of a dangerous or unsafe building or structure prohibited.

It shall be unlawful to maintain or permit the existence of any dangerous or unsafe building or structure as defined herein in the village, and it shall be unlawful for the owner, owner's agent, occupant or person in custody of any dangerous, unsafe building or structure to permit the same to remain in a dangerous, unsafe condition, or to occupy a building or structure or permit it to be occupied while it is or remains in a dangerous, unsafe condition.
