§ 14-287. Definition.

The following term, when used in this article, shall have the meaning ascribed in this section, except where context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Mobile classroom trailer means the same as the definition of a mobile home found in the Illinois Manufactured Housing and Mobile Home Safety Act (430 ILCS 115/1 et seq.), except it shall not include such units designed and used for any purpose other than an educational classroom.
