Household refuse.
The term "household refuse" as used in this article shall include, but not be limited
to, junk, paper, wastepaper, rags, tin cans, glassware, crockery, bottles, furniture,
rope, light fixtures, appliances and all other household items, all metals and the
remodeling materials of old or new construction.
Junk scavenger.
Any person who goes about the streets, alleys and public ways, selling, purchasing,
picking up, collecting and acquiring household refuse, junk, paper, wastepaper, rags,
tin cans, glassware, crockery, bottles, furniture, rope, light fixtures, appliances
and all other household items, all metals and the remodeling materials of old or new
construction.
