§ 18-756. Permit for trailer park required; application; fee; display mandatory.

(a)

It shall be unlawful within the village for any person to construct or operate a trailer park without first securing a permit.

(b)

No trailer park shall be operated within the village except as provided in this article.

(c)

The permit for a trailer park shall be obtained from the clerk at a fee of $25.00 per year plus $10.00 for each trailer coach space in the trailer park. There shall be paid to the clerk $10.00 for each additional trailer space added to the trailer park in compliance with this article. Such additional fees shall not be prorated.

(d)

The permit for trailer parks must be conspicuously displayed at all times.
