Article XIX. TRAILER PARKS |
§ 18-760. Miscellaneous regulations.
The following provisions shall be applicable to all trailer coach parks licensed under the provisions of this article:
(1)
It shall be the duty of each licensee on February 1 and September 1 of each year to file, with the school board of the school district or districts wherein the trailer coach park is located, a report giving the names and ages of all children of school age living in said trailer coach park.
(2)
All streets and driveways in every trailer coach park must be maintained in a passable and reasonably dustproof condition at all times, and all streets and driveways in every trailer coach park shall have a minimum width of 20 feet for streets or driveways.
(3)
Every trailer coach park shall be so arranged that the walking distance from any dependent trailer coach unit parking site to the water, toilet and shower accommodations will not exceed 300 feet.
(4)
It shall be the duty of every owner, or operator, or attendant of any trailer coach park to report to the health officer the full name, age and address of every person who is affected or suspected of being affected with any reportable or communicable disease.
(5)
The management of every trailer coach park shall assume full responsibility for maintaining in good repair and condition all sanitary and safety appliances on said park, and shall promptly bring such action as is necessary to prosecute or eject from said park any person who willfully or maliciously damage such appliances, or any person who fail to comply with the regulations of this article.
(6)
All electrical work shall be done in conformity with the electrical code.
(7)
No permanent additions of any kind whatsoever shall be built onto or become a part of the trailer coach.
(8)
It shall be the duty of the park attendant to notify immediately the health officer of any communicable diseases in the park.
