§ 18-762. Revocation; suspension; penalty.

  • (a)

    The health officer shall have the authority to enter and inspect for health and sanitation purposes any facility licensed hereunder at any reasonable time.

    (b)

    If, upon inspection, it shall be found that the permit holder has violated any provision of this article, the health officer shall have the power to revoke or suspend any license and order the trailer coach park removed or the trailer park closed after notice and proper hearing.

    (c)

    Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this article, whether or not such violation shall be found sufficient by the health officer for the revocation of any permit or license, shall be subject to a penalty as set forth in section 1-8. Every violation of this article shall be considered a separate offense.
