§ 30-1. Findings.

The Village of South Chicago Heights adopts the recitals of Ordinance No. 2008-8 and makes them a part of this chapter and finds that the provisions of this chapter are essential for the elimination of discriminatory and unlawful housing practices and to provide for fair housing and the promotion of stable, integrated and balanced living patterns.
