§ 34-1. Burning of debris, etc., prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to burn paper, wood, garbage, leaves, building construction, demolition debris or any other combustible material in open fires or in metal containers in the village.

(b)

Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with the provisions of this section shall be subject to a penalty as set forth in section 1-8 for each such offense or violation.
