§ 54-64. Prohibited acts.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any individual to solicit on any highway or street within the village without wearing a high visibility vest.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to file an application for a permit which contains false, misleading or untrue information.

(c)

Nothing contained in this article shall release or relieve any person from complying with any additional license requirement established by the village.
