§ 18-489. Daily report.

It shall be the duty of the junk dealer to make out and make available for the inspection by the chief of police, or his or her designee, before the hour of 12:00 noon, each and every business day, a copy of the records required to be kept under this article, reflecting the completed transactions of the previous day.
