§ 18-490. Inspections.

The record book, the goods, articles or things purchased, received or kept for sale or exchange, by every dealer shall be open to inspection by any member of the police department of the village at all reasonable business times, or any person duly authorized in writing for such purpose by the chief of police as his or her designee.
