§ 18-511. Small animal store defined.

The term "small animal store" shall be construed to include any establishment for the raising, training, boarding or selling of dogs, cats, birds, mice, rats or other small animals for hire or profit, or where more than three animals are harbored or kept, or as defined in section 10-43.
