§ 2-49. Disruptions.

Nothing herein shall permit any person or group to disrupt any meeting of the village board. Any person disrupting any meetings shall be advised by the chair or any police officer to cease the disruption. If the person fails to cease the disruption, the person may be ejected from the meeting and any person so disrupting a meeting may be subject to a penalty as set forth in section 1-8 for each offense.
