§ 2-51. Village officers and employees.

Nothing in this article shall prohibit any member of the village board from speaking at any time and at any length, subject to rules of order, and nothing herein shall prohibit any village officer or employee from asking for recognition and making a comment or suggestion during the public comments section of the meeting.
