§ 2-280. Meetings.

The beautification committee shall fix the date and time of its meetings by a majority vote of the committee. Special meetings may be called at any time by the chair or by any three members of the committee upon written notice to each member of the committee. Meetings shall be open to the public and shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120/1 et seq.
